Sensitive Care Solutions are a team of friendly
and passionate carers providing hourly visiting
care and bespoke nursing-led personal care.
We offer a range of care from live in care and hourly visiting care across Leicestershire.
The care we deliver is person-centered and tailored to meet the exact needs of you and your loved ones.
We are dedicated to working with our clients, their families, GP’s, hospitals and other healthcare organisations to provide the best package of care in the home. We look to limit disruption by building all of our care packages around existing routines and lifestyles.
Our carers have the knowledge and skills to meet the needs of all who pass through our doors, our clients range from young adults to the elderly. We understand that making decisions about care and support can be very difficult and confusing.
So at Sensitive Care Solutions we aim to simplify the process by providing a comprehensive guide to what we do and ensure that you or your loved ones are in safe and capable hands.
WHAT

OUR SERVICES
A morning wake up, helping you get up, wash, dressed and having breakfast
Remind or assist you to take your medicines
and collect or return your medication from
your pharmacy or dispensing GP surgery
Prepare meals with or for you and assist you
at meal times
Collect your pension or shopping for you or
with you
Laundry, ironing and keeping your home clean
and tidy
Support you with social activities such as going out for a walk, attending day centres, visiting friends and family, or taking you for prayer or social events
Help in getting you ready for bed
Overnight ‘sleeper’ or waking support respite care or a 24 hour live in service including holidays and weekends
Performing personal care, assisting with mobility and providing companionship
With a diverse family of carers we can match our clients cultural needs and ensure mobility.
Our commitment is finding the right person for you.
We regularly assess our carers as well as speak to you to ensure client satisfaction.
LIVE-IN CARE
Live-in care for some individuals may be a welcomed alternative choice to residential care home or a nursing home. You can continue to live independently in your own home with the support of a friendly and experienced carer.
Our live-in carers can assist with household chores, personal care, companionship and social activities, allowing you to remain independent, whilst feeling fully supported.
CARE AT HOME
At Sensitive Care Solutions we understand that matching carers to clients is paramount as you are inviting us into your home. We work closely with you and have the utmost respect to ensure your needs are met whilst your independence is upheld.
SOCIAL CARE
From taking you to your favourite park or helping you with your weekly groceries, we believe being part of a wider society is an integral part of ones own well-being.
With our dedicated team of friendly personal carers we want to help you live your life to its full capacity. Our aim is to recognise your own individuality and for you to experience the most that life has to offer.
SPECIALIST CARE
Our carers have the knowledge and skills to meet the needs of all who pass through our doors. Our clients range from young adults to the elderly, all with different needs.
With our wide range of experienced carers, we give extra care when dealing with clients with autism & learning disabilities and we ensure all our staff have specific training which include Mapa training, challenging behaviour training, autism awareness training and good practice in autism training.
Jahaara was very pleasant, kind and caring towards Olive, The care Jahaara provided was second to none. She was patient and extremely tolerant towards Olive and embraced the challenges in her job in a professional manner. Jahaara treated Olive with dignity and respect which was observed by several family members.
In our opinion Jahaara provided Olive with the best care possible and for that we are all very thankful.
